Meet Prachi and Fernanda
Prachi Jain is the co-founder of Escape To and a certified Yoga teacher. Prachi started practicing yoga at the age of 19 and has been inspired by teachers such as B.K.S. Iyengar. The name of this retreat is derived from one of her favorite books, “Light on Life” by Iyengar. Her style of yoga draws from her experience in Yin, Vinyasa, Kundalini and Dahn. She has practiced at over 50 studios across the United States as well as attended and led meditation and self-inquiry retreats in India. Having moved from grief to joy at various stages in life, Prachi hopes that the tools she has learned in yoga, meditation and self-inquiry will lead others to explore their true nature and home-where love and peace have always resided.
